We are not a lender. Once you sign with a lender, we can’t see your loan account or change anything about it. Your loan agreement and the lender’s website list its contact details. For background, see how it works.

How to opt out of marketing

You can stop marketing messages at any time, and doing so doesn’t affect any loan you already have.

  • Text messages: reply STOP to any marketing text.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
  • Phone calls: ask the caller to place you on its internal do-not-call list, which the TCPA requires it to honor.
  • From VivaLoanApp: email [email protected] with the subject “Opt out” and the email and phone number you used.

Lenders that received your request run their own marketing lists, so contact each one directly to opt out with them as well.

Ready when you are. Request $100–$5,000 with one free form and see whether a lender in our network can make you an offer. Start your request.

Privacy requests

Depending on where you live, laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA may give you the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we won’t treat you differently for using your privacy rights. Information that lenders already received is covered by their own privacy policies and federal rules such as the GLBA, so send requests to them too.

Report a scam or impersonation

Scammers sometimes borrow familiar names, including names that sound like ours. VivaLoanApp will never:

  • Call or text you demanding an upfront fee to release a loan
  • Ask for payment by gift card, wire transfer, or cryptocurrency
  • Ask for your online banking username or password
  • Threaten you with arrest or legal action over a loan

If someone does any of this while using our name, stop contact, keep any messages or phone numbers, and forward the details to [email protected] with the subject “Impersonation.” Then report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov. If you shared financial information, contact your bank right away.

Corrections and feedback

Our guides are written by the VivaLoanApp Editorial Team, and we want them to be accurate. If you see an outdated figure, a broken link, or something unclear, email us with the page address and what you think should change. We review every correction request and update pages when needed.

Questions about the other Viva companies, such as VIVA Finance, Viva Payday Loans, or Vivaloan, should go to those companies directly. We are not affiliated with them and can’t access their accounts or applications. Our FAQ may answer common questions faster.

Complaints and where to escalate

If you have a concern about us, email [email protected] with the subject “Complaint” and we will review it. For a problem with a loan, contact the lender first, then escalate if needed:

  • Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB): file a complaint about a lender or loan at consumerfinance.gov/complaint.
  • Your state financial regulator or attorney general: handles lender licensing and state-law issues.
  • Federal Trade Commission (FTC): report fraud or scams at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

When you file with the CFPB, include the lender’s name, your loan or account number, dates, and copies of any letters or emails. The CFPB forwards complaints to the company and generally expects a response.
